I was having dinner at Century Square just now and I thought of the word "Teh Kor". So I turned to my dad and said "Teh Kor". I stared at him and he stared back. Then, he said,"Eh, you teochew leh. That one is hokkien. Teochew is Lai kou." So we came up with several phrases with the words "Lai Kou".

So we went there this morning to row boats. I haven't touched a paddle since Sec 3 and oh my what a great opportunity to do so again. So we did a mini tour of Kallang river and saw the Singapore Flyer. Whats most interesting is that a boat capsized when they were doing that balancing thingy. Fun stuff.

School izzzz boring. Oh yeah and MJC's national day celebration different from the conventional wear red to school sing national day song kind of thing. Every year they book one whole cinema and the whole school watches a movie together.

This year, we're watching The Mummy 3: Tomb of The Dragon Emperor and before that we're having a LJ and I think we're going to Fort Canning park for a picnic haha. Funfestique is coming yahooooooooooooooooo. So happening man JC life. The most famous and prestigious event of all is something called the PROMOTIONAL EXAMS OR PROMOS FOR SHORT. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

Theres a sec 4 class gathering next week, not sure whether to go.

I slept for 3 hours just now, a new record for a nap.


School is mundane, I still wish something interesting will happen. I literally stoned through evey single lecture and tutorial today, chinese and GP are exceptions. Studying is so bloody boring, sometimes I don't even know what I'm studying for.


I paid bloody $10+$7.50+$3+10$ this week thats $30.50 and almost 3/5 of my weekly allowance. School really is a rip off.

I still owe people the 08S401 BR act haha, soon I will get it up. There is this article on Asiaone which ranked Singapore among the top 10 cities in the world with the hottest girls. Why? The 'sophisticated, endearing, cute, and sexy' Singlish and their 'smouldering' fashion sense.

I quit tuition, hoping that I'll have more time for everything else.


I just opened my inbox and saw David Kwek's email. He raised quite a few things about the GPP which I have never thought of before. Argh, means that we'll have to make amendments. Still deciding on a EOM article...

Thats a don't know how many letter summary of today. Aiyo, I dislike school so damn bloody boring. Ican't wait till promos are over, I'll sleep so much that my parents think that I'm dead. I spent 45 mins trying to get gravitational thingy into my head just now till my hair turned white ok that was exaggeration.

I've been falling asleep in every lesson, ZOMG whats happening. I'm so damn bored and i just read on Alan's blog about his opinion about me. haha fun stuff but Alan its the same thing from the previous time you posted this!


School yesterday was crap and I think I'm quiting tuition. MJC's curiculum isn't the most relaxed and going home at 11+ on Monday and Thursdays aren't going to help me. I'll join back maybe after promos. I haven't told the rest though...


School today was also crap but not as bad as yesterday. Had some really weird "Who wants to be a ECONNIRE" don't ask me what it is I'm already freaked out by the name of the game. Then they tried to call people up using skype as they had a lifeline to use and it was HILARIOUS. The face of the guy helping them was...Classic.


I'm so damn bored by school. Seriously, this part of my life is probably the part where I really dislike school most. Cannot even miss a day at school without feeling uneasy. I'm still looking for a really good EOM so that means I haven't started work. I want to do well for Promos but I got no drive to do so. I need engine oil and lubricants so I can get my ass of this computer and start doing some real work. Maybe I should do some analysis of the people in 08s401.

Sakae Sushi was revived into a cheaper version of a foodcourt kind of Japanese store. I very poor no $$$ to eat OMG Sushi Sushi Head Horse Tail!

Today was a reallllllly good day.


How should I put this... the lessons today were really relaxed(imagine 2 free periods spent mostly talking cock) and best of all I realised something about my class: We were at the canteen during common lunch and I was stoning probably for 5 mins. During that 5 mins I looked at people, looked at girls, looked at guys and observed this class in front of ours(yes haha thats my profession since PAE) There was this group of students who were amazingly high, singing and drumming away. That class were enjoying the performance by those students. HAHA, but my class was laughing among themselves, insulting each other, joking with one another. Practically half the canteen had their eyes glued on the performance by the high students whereas we were enjoying ourselves as a class. Haha, nice bonds we have forged.

I was watching Drillbit Taylor yesterday night and after today's school, I realised how many good friends I have. Owen Wilson(Drillbit Taylor) mentioned that sharing common ground with people makes people closer. So, I tried making a list of people who I share common ground with(MJC)...

Brian - This one straight away can think of. Music.
Dominic - Everything, I talk to him about a widddde range of topics.
Hin Kai - Haha, CODENAME BUDDIES.
Weijie - Weirdly, schoolwork.

Chinese oral today was generally alright, except for the reading. A few words don't know how to read.


After oral, quite late already and I was damn tired so skipped cca and when to have some food with Macus Shao and Yenhan. I think I laughed till my veins almost burst. They're so....................Creative? Haha.

HELLO.

School today was mundane just like any other school day. I used to have this wish that something interesting would happen in school e.g explosion in the labs, fire across the school or mutation in bio labs, monster cockroach or more realistic some terrorist attack or something HAHA. School is reallllly boring.


I take back part of what I said about the new econs teacher. He taught pretty well today. I hope this continues yay. I'm a changed person now, I come home and revise whatever I learn everyday. Self-consolation.

A levels chinese oral tomorrow and %$%#@% I'm first. This means I'll be quaratined. This reminds me there is a remake of the spanish film [.REC] thats going to be released at the end of the year. The spanish one was so good, I can't wait for the english version. Its like Cloverfield except this one is about a reporter and her cameraman stuck in a building with zombies. Yeah so they're quaratined in the building until after the quarantined has been lifted the police find the recorded footage. Back to A level chinese, I think I'm going to wake up earlier tomorrow to flip through newspapers from the pass few days just to reinforce whatever I know.

PW is taking up all my printer ink. I purpose changed the printer cause the previous one's ink ran out. Buying a refill wasn't logical so changed the whole thing. Walao, I just printed all the surveys. I can visualise the ink flying away.

I studied on Saturday and Sunday and went guitar hunting on Sunday. I've more or less settled on what I want, so most likely I'm going down to Bras Brasah this Saturday again.

So... Patronised the studio at my void deck of my home on Sat. We(Edwin,Joel,Suren,me) had fun there, especially when we were just plain aimless and misusing the instruments there. Played half of Sum 41's Pieces, could have been better. Practise practise. If only I had this much enthusiasm in my CCA.

Sunday I went guitar hunting and wow I love doing stuff that pisses people off. I went into some shop and tried all their ampifiers including a $600 amp when I'm only willing to buy a <$100 one. The boss there kept saying,"no obligations, no obligations", so thanks uncle! I can't remember what I did later in the day so yeah I think I slept early.

Today...youth day. I still remember the times where I enjoyed both youth day and children's day. Times flies, I'll be looking forward to labour day in 2 years. HAHA.

So, woke up early and completed econs homework. Then watched "Diary of The Dead", a Cloverfield copycat but this time with Zombies instead of a monster. Kinda disappointed, considering George Romero wrote and directed this. But, nice to kill time. Crashed Temasek Poly after that and had lunch there. The first familiar face I had to see was %^%@$(*& damn suay. But seriously man, polys are like CB infested! Then went to play pool. Every game I lost, so they said that I was a curse, curse everyone to lose. Neh neh, It was later that I realised that I was using a billard stick. Won after that. Then got time, so we went bowling and its damn fun. Parted ways after that OH YES I forgot to mention, I made a new friend today his name is Shafiq.


I think I've seen too many things at my age. Just too many, events and people that I shouldn't be experiencing and interacting with now. Makes me uneasy.

Practice today was smooth, except for Sze Hao who cocked up here and there. I passed GP paper 1 and chem and physics oh yes. HAIZ I still maintain my stand on how JC people no life. I'm supposed to go play basketball with Yuanhong and all but I'm so damn tired. Sorry guys.

The new econs teacher sucks. Sucks ass and Sucks balls. During tutorial today, I knocked out for the last 1/2 hour of the lesson. We spent 1 full period doing one question and he wasn't even sure of the answer obtained. Walao, econs die. Cannot depend on him.


Yeah man, Suren is booking the studio tomorrow. Fun!

Masked Rider Kabuto so fun, too bad I don't have PS2. My Xbox died on me after a year nice one warranty doesn't work cause we voided the warranty.

I watched Resident Evil just now, sense of nostalgia. 4 years back, I remembered myself squirming when that guy got sliced into a million pieces in the "laser room". How ironic, haha.

I have a bad feeling about how I'm feeling now. My attitude towards studying has worsened. I study because I need to study. I don't mind, since its oxygen to humans. But I'm losing that patience thats needed to study. Rest assured this has nothing to do with MYEs. Most probably JC syallabus is boring, at least to me. Imagine studying why an increase in concentration of reactants increases rate of reaction(then recall miss thiru's hand actions).

I dislike people who feel sorry for themselves and then start blaming every other person out there.

Today was a terrible terrible day. Econs sucks ass. Change teacher like never change. I'm not sure if the new econs teacher is worse than the previous one cause its only been one lesson but from what I can conclude that the fans in school are faulty. Then I realised that I lost my chem holiday homework questions so I came homework to chiong and yes I'm almost done with it except with the graph question contemplating whether to do it anot. Doing it now seems so easy even without refering, don't understand why during exam it was so different.


School starts at 8.30am tomorrow and I'm contemplating whether to wake up earlier to watch a movie before going to school. I want to watch a violent flick but I just can't seem to find any interesting one cause hinkai ignited my sick side when he talked to me about Hostel oo mama it was nice while it lasted. I think maybe I'll watch Starship Troopers again for the 234864293478th time.


On the topic of watching stuff, I've watched so many stuff during the holidays:

- Two korean drama serials, one completed one halfway(I watched it while my father was watching. I have no interest for lovey dovey predictable corny cheesy tv shows)

- Some Hong Kong CSI thing I think its called forensic nuts or something.

- The whole Rambo Quadrilogy

- Underworld and Underworld Evolution(For the 4th time but this time I wanted to see the features of Kate Beckinsle's face)

- a whole bunch of other movies which I cannot remember.

And I really recommend Be Kind, Rewind. Its another Scary Movie kind of movie but its 1000000000000000000000000000000000 times better. Its so funny that I was kept laughing for so long at some parts. Like the part where to they tried to remkae Rush hour 2 that scene was really really really funny! Juno pretty good too, the guitars in it are really nice.


The formation of the band seems to have revived now, Bjorn is interested. :D

Something stupid happened just now in the bus. This person came up the bus and left his bags of stuff in front of the bus. We were sitting at the front of the bus at hose side seats(those facing the windows). We were busy chatting away when we suddenly realised that the person who left the bags there had gone. Lol, out thoughts began to go wild, like suspecting if those were bombs. So we kept talking about how were going to die and why we were going to die. Macus and Sihao admitted to ponitng their middle fingers(people who watch Final Destination 3 will know this). We were wondering whether to report it to the bus driver. When we reached pasir ris, some guy walked towards the bags and rearranged it.

He sat down and smiled to himself.

We burst out laughing.

Today was a long day. Damn tired now.
